Student Service Centre update

The student services workstream is prepared to soft launch the Student Service Centre (SSC) in July, having recently hired a director for the SSC.

Raymond Matthias will be assuming the role of inaugural Director, Student Service Centre effective April 18, 2021. Raymond has a rich background at the U of A, having held various positions in student services within UAI, the Office of the Registrar and currently within the Faculty of Engineering where he serves as Strategic Advisor to the Assistant Dean (Outreach). Raymond brings a wealth of expertise in student services, his experience working with student groups and leaders, and a long-standing commitment to improving the student experience.
