The HR team has transitioned all existing HR Service Partners to HRHSE, hired six new partners, and is actively interviewing to fill eight remaining vacancies. The team has also identified up to seven Service Specialist roles, which are temporary developmental positions the team has been interviewing for over the past week. Hiring managers can also anticipate improvements to the job evaluation process later this month.
