As of July 26, the first phase of the Job Evaluation redesign has been deployed. Faculty, departments, and units will be able to search generic job cards to streamline the job evaluation process. If a specific job card is found, the job evaluation process will be expedited and streamlined, and if you find a generic job card, you will need to customize it to suit your needs. However, if there is no job card, you will continue to use the current process. In any case, your HR Service Partner will be there to support you through the process.
