Introducing the service catalogues
As we develop the new organizational structure, specific services and functions will begin to transition into the new administrative operating model. To help ease this transition, the SET team has coordinated the development of service catalogues which allocate processes to the appropriate service delivery area within the model: Centres of Expertise, shared services, service partners, or college/faculty/unit.
Procurement tasked with finding $29 million in savings
With administrative restructuring well underway, our next step in achieving financial stability is to review and redesign the expenditure strategy for goods and services across the university through procurement.
Launch of the external engagement web page
To keep you informed about ongoing changes and updates within the external engagement stream, a dedicated web page has been created. This web page will track progress and provide project updates as functions within the external engagement stream transition to the new administrative operating model. Here you will find an overview of the stream’s approach, consultation and engagement opportunities, FAQs, and more.
Finance stream update
As the finance stream wraps up discovery and moves into the prepare phase, the project team is moving forward on identified priorities, and establishing workgroups.
