Ask SET Anything: Research Administration Recap
Last Friday, the SET team hosted another edition of our Ask SET Anything event series specifically for research administration staff to raise questions, concerns, and share feedback with regard to administrative restructuring and transitioning. Main topics of interest included ensuring researchers are supported in the new administrative operating model, preliminary discovery findings, and what’s next in the functional review. For more information on the event, we’ve prepared a recap article including questions asked and answered during the event.
Procurement Update: Year 2 Project Descriptions
We’ve added a description of each cost-savings project and its timeline for the 2022 procurement projects to the web page. We're currently preparing descriptions for the remaining projects, as well as reprioritizing by savings value.
SET and the Student Experience
SET Executive Lead Rob Munro shared a SET primer with students discussing how the changes of administrative restructuring are structured to improve education and the student experience. Students are encouraged to share their perspective on the student services workstream by completing a survey and/or feedback form.
