New Corporate Purchasing Card and Travel & Expense reconciliation processes launched

The redesigned review and approval processes for Travel & Expense, Professional Expense Reimbursements (PER), and Corporate Purchasing Cards (PCards) went live on October 18. Oversight of these processes have transitioned from the Finance, Procurement and Planning team to the Shared Services unit. Staff are encouraged to direct questions for these services to the Staff Service Centre. Policy oversight, strategic planning, and procurement will remain with the Finance, Procurement and Planning team. Staff can access how-to documentation and FAQs here:

College FAQs

A new section on the colleges has been added to the UAT FAQs. There you will find answers to several questions asked at the college town halls held during the first week of October. Please reach out to the colleges with further questions and feedback:
