Suppliers must submit an invoice by one of three methods listed below. Electronic invoice submission is preferred.
- Create and submit invoice online in SupplyNet by logging into the Coupa Supplier Portal or by using the Create Invoice actionable button in the PO.
- Email a pdf attachment of the invoice to email@example.com.
- Mail a paper copy of the invoice to:

Campus departments who receive an invoice directly from a supplier should direct the supplier to submit their invoice by one of the three options above or may email a pdf attachment of the invoice to firstname.lastname@example.org.
