Two of the students from our inaugural cohort, Danika Jorgensen-Skakum and Gabrielle Warner, have been recognized with Government of Alberta Graduate Citizenship Awards from the Ministry of Advanced Education.
Samantha Wesch, a member of our second GSJ cohort, has been awarded a CGS-M from the Social Science and Humanities Research Council of Canada for 2018-2019 to research and write her MA thesis on Eminem (Marshall Mathers).
