Get Involved: Student Experience Action Plan

The U of A is asking for your voice to help shape the student experience. Get involved through various drop-in engagement sessions, focus groups, surveys or by using the open feedback form. Together, we will co-create the Student Experience Action Plan to support our goal of providing an exceptional student experience for all students as our community continues to grow and develop.

As a student, you've chosen to make a big investment in your future by attending the U of A. Your investment in tomorrow deserves an outstanding experience today! Your voice and perspective can make that a reality for you and those who chose the university in years to come. That's why the U of A is seeking your feedback.

To help support the University Strategic Plan, the U of A is engaging with students, faculty, staff and alumni to understand and improve the student experience. This approach is centered around co-creation and collaboration, resulting in a Student Experience Action Plan that will reflect the voices, needs and aspirations of our diverse communities.

Project goals

  1. Define what an exceptional student experience looks like for students (unique to the U of A, we refer to this as the “student commitment statement”).
  2. Identify and implement steps to deliver that student experience.
  3. Track and report on specific metrics to monitor success.
