Instructions for Completing the Traffic Safety Culture Online Survey
Welcome to the Traffic Safety Culture Online Survey. This survey will take
approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on which questions apply to you.
The
information you provide will remain confidential. When survey results are
published, only grouped information will be provided and no individuals will be
identified.
The online survey will be available until July 8, 2016. You must be 18 years of
age or older to participate.
You may stop the survey at any point. Online submission of your completed
survey indicates that you consent to participate in this study.
Please note, once
submitted, withdrawal is not possible.
