Information for NJSC 2007 Participants

Schedule After Arrival

I. Hotel Check-in

Check in at the Campus Tower Hotel (780-439-6060). Also pick up an information package waiting for you at the hotel counter. The package includes the tourism information of the city and maps. Please be reminded that you will share the room with one or two other participants. At the check-in, please also book the shuttle bus for Sunday, April 1.

II. Speech Contest and Reception

Go to the Speech Contest venue, Education North 2-115, and finish registration before 3pm. There will be some refreshments at the registration site. There are also a couple of places on campus where you can eat, including HUB and SUB (see the campus map in your information package).

A reception is planned after the speech contest, 7:00-9:00pm, in the 4th floor lounge, Education North.

III. Hotel Check-out (On Sunday, April 1)

The Organizing Committee only covers for the room. If you used mini-bar, phone, or any other facilities that charge fees, you are responsible for the fee payment. Make sure that you have booked your shuttle bus to the airport.
