eClass Disruption

This afternoon a number of exams and final assignments were affected by an eClass disruption. We know that exam season is a stressful time of year, and apologize for any distress that this caused. Our IT professionals worked as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.

Students who were impacted by today’s outage will be accommodated. They will not be penalized for the impacts of the disruption. Instructors are working hard to ensure this and we will actively support them. If your exam was disrupted, you will hear from your instructor or Faculty early next week about available options.

We are continuing to monitor to ensure that the system does not encounter further errors, but at this time, instructors and students alike should be able to access the service.
