The Week in Review: June 11, 2021

A leading advocate for sexual assault survivors. A medical student with a curious mind and a passion for promoting wellness. A long-running program that introduces kids to the endless possibilities of STEM education. And a long list of volunteer mentors who have helped thousands of students move from classrooms to workplaces. These are the winners of our 2021 Community Connections Awards announced this week. We honour them for sharing their expertise, time and energy for the benefit of communities both near and far.

The week also brought a major progress update on our work to transform the U of A for tomorrow, with the introduction of our new operating model integrating the administrative and academic branches of restructuring into a single vision.
