Following this past spring’s Learning Outcomes Retreat which brought together leaders from across campus to discuss development and implementation of learning outcomes, Harvey Weingarten, has been invited to speak to his work on learning outcomes in research-intensive universities. Dr. Weingarten is President and CEO of the Higher Education HEQCO (Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario) and will speak to how the HEQCO’s work in Ontario is applicable in the Alberta context.

The Keynote Presentation is being organised by Vice-Provost (Learning Initiatives) Dr. Sarah Forgie with the support of the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research and the Centre for Teaching and Learning.
