Paper Preparation:
1. Papers must be prepared using the paper template in WORD or in LaTeX. Please click WORD here to download the paper template in WORD or click LaTeX here to download the paper template in LaTeX.

2. The length of each paper must be between 4 and 8 pages. Papers longer than 8 pages will not be allowed. For papers longer than 6 pages, there is a charge of USD100 for each page beyond 6 pages.

3. Each paper must include title, full author list, official affiliation of each author, city and country of each author, email address of each author, and 2-6 key words.

4. Once you complete your paper using the provided template, you need to convert it to PDF format. Only the PDF format of your paper may be uploaded to the submission system. Links for PDF conversion tools are available during your submission process.

Paper Submission:
Submissions have been extended to March 15, 2020.

Access the submission system for APARM 2020 at EDAS (https://aparm2020.edas.info/newPaper.php?c=26214).

2.
Login to the EDAS system if you already have an account. You need to create an account for yourself if you don’t have one yet.

3.
If you are an invited speaker for a special session, please choose the track created for your special session to submit your paper. You will be provided with a password by your session organizers to access this track.

4.
Choose the APARM 2020 Conference general track if you are not an invited speaker for any special session. No password is needed to submit regular papers.

5.
Please follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the submission page to do the paper submission.

6. In the submission process, the author names filled in must match exactly the ones included in the uploaded PDF file (including the order of authors) and the paper title filled in must match exactly the title in the uploaded PDF file. The uploaded paper must be in PDF format. The system does not accept scanned papers, bit image papers, encrypted papers, or print-only papers.

7. Once your paper is successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive such an email, it means that the submission was unsuccessful. Feel free to contact the conference secretariat at xihui.liang@umanitoba.ca if you need help.
Paper Handling:
1. All papers submitted to the conference will be similarity-checked and peer-reviewed for merit and content.

2.
All papers accepted and registered for presentation at the conference will be listed in the conference program and provided to conference attendees either on USB or Cloud Drive (to be determined later).

3.
All presented papers that meet IEEE quality standards will be submitted to IEEE Xplore® for formal publication.

4.
Authors of selected papers will be invited to extend their papers for special issues or special sections of journals.

5.
Authors may choose to have their papers not included on USB (Cloud Drive) and/or not submitted to IEEE Xplore® for formal publication.
