Notes:
1. Each registration covers the following:

(a) One paper in cloud storage for registrants to access within a limited period of time after the conference.

(b) The cloud storage contains all papers accepted for conference presentation

(c) Access to all virtual conference sessions including tutorials


2. An accepted paper will be included in cloud storage only if the signed copyright form is received and at least one author registers for the conference by the Author Deadline.

3. An author may register a second co-authored paper by paying the additional fee of CDN $300 for the second paper. Registering for more than two papers by a single author is not allowed.

4. There will be no refunds to authors. Paid registrants (non-authors) who cannot attend the virtual conference are entitled to a refund of 50% of the registration fee if a request is received by the Last Day to Request Registration Refunds. There will be no refunds after that date.

5. Only papers presented at the conference may be considered for submission to IEEE Xplore® for possible publication.
