The Alberta Diabetes Institute offers Trainees (undergraduate, graduate and postdoctoral fellows) a rich and unique environment for developing research skills and pursuing novel research in their fields. Trainees can expand their horizons with ongoing interaction between basic scientists, clinical scientists, and/or community health researchers. The Alberta Diabetes Institute is a cross-disciplinary research Institute with members from multiple faculties and departments at the University of Alberta, University of Calgary, and Athabasca University. All members are involved in areas of diabetes research.
