Submitting proof of exemption documents

Documents can be securely uploaded via web forms and must be under 6 MB. If you have a PDF copy of your proof of exemption, please take a screen shot and upload the image. Only jpeg or png files are accepted by CampusReady.

Please note that in addition to submitting your proof of exemption, you must also submit your vaccination status.

3. Select your relationship to the U of A

4. Select your documentation in png or jpeg format and upload

5. Agree to statement regarding submission of false documentation

6. Confirm your submission

7. After you’ve submitted your proof of exemption, submit your latest negative rapid test result

8. Go to the “Submit Rapid Test” tile in the MyUAlberta app or schedule an appointment at a U of A rapid testing station

Rapid test results must be submitted within 72 hours before you attend campus.

Please note: Your CampusReady pass will need to be renewed every 72 hours to remain active. To renew your pass, you must submit your rapid testing results regularly.
