The Canadian Registered Safety Technician (CRST) and Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) designations are highly recognized in the Occupational Health and Safety profession in Canada and open up more opportunities for professionals in the occupational health and safety (OHS) field.

To achieve the designations, candidates must meet specific eligibility criteria, complete the application process, and pass the respective examinations. Occupational Health and Safety Certificate Program

8 core, 1 elective, and 42 seminar hours

Occupational Health and Safety Diploma Program

12 core and 131 elective hours

To obtain the Diploma, you must complete a total of 742 unique course hours, which includes the hours from the Occupational Health and Safety Certificate. You may need to take additional elective courses to meet this requirement.
