UNIVERSITY of ALBERTA Giving Day

Where every contribution plays a vital role in shaping the future of student success!

U of A Giving Day is not just any day. It’s a 24-hour moment that brings people like you together to make a significant impact on our students' lives, and on our collective futures — all in a single day.

Giving Day is an opportunity to unite our community in support of student success. Donor contributions go beyond a mere donation — they become a catalyst for empowering students to excel, focus on their goals, and pursue their purpose.

This generosity provides students with the invaluable resources they need to thrive — the time and space to conduct groundbreaking research, gain additional skills, join clubs and teams, or volunteer for causes close to their hearts. Together, we can amplify their potential and make a lasting impact on our community.

We will shape the future

Giving Day is part of Shape the Future, a U of A campaign for student success. Our students have the will and potential to change the world — to make breakthroughs, improve health outcomes and energy, tackle today’s agricultural challenges, push the boundaries of our knowledge, and become community builders. And they will, with your support.
