The annual University of Alberta High School Honour Bands concert is a wonderful opportunity to hear the breadth of young talent from across Alberta. Over 200 high school students will perform in two honour bands after a two-day intensive weekend of rehearsals and lessons. Also featured will be the University of Alberta Symphonic Wind Ensemble, featuring our 2025-2026Concerto Competition winner Dylan Lindsay (saxophone) as well as Faculty Member and Edmonton Symphony Orchestra Principal Horn Allene Hackleman.
