The University of Alberta's Symphonic Wind Ensemble invites audiences into a world where folklore, legend, and cinematic horror come to life through music. From the skeletal dance of Saint-Saëns' Danse Macabre to the larger-than-life destruction of Godzilla Eats Las Vegas! and Michael Shapiro's thrilling score to the 1931 film Frankenstein, this program explores the mysterious, the monstrous, and the unforgettable.

Frankenstein-The Movie Score by Michael Shapiro is presented by arrangement with Boosey & Hawkes Inc./Hendon Music Inc.
