Temporary Key Sign Out

Temporary key sign out is used when faculty, staff, contractors or consultants (who have the proper approval) are required to complete work in a locked space on campus. Keys are picked up and dropped off in person.
1. Go to the Repair Shop in R.E. Phillips
Drop in anytime Monday-Friday between 08:00 to 09:30 and 13:00 to 14:30 to sign out a key (key sign out is not available outside these hours).
Directions to R.E. Phillips Maintenance Building2. Return the key in 10 days to R.E. Phillips
Return the key to R.E. Phillips during posted hours on or before 10 consecutive days from sign out
Who can use this service?
Typically, temporary keys are used by facility service staff, contractors, or consultants. If you require a temporary key and are unsure if you are authorized, please speak to your supervisor, unit administrator or project manager.
