New for Fall 2025! You should have received your timeslot and instructions on how to select your own room with your roommates (if applicable), pay your non-refundable Residence Deposit and finalize your reservation. If you did not receive a timeslot, please contact us at housing@ualberta.
First-year applicants - Round 1 Room Offers for Fall 2025
Room offers have now been sent to all First-Year students who have been offered admission to the university. Please check your UAlberta email account regularly. Contact us at housing@ualberta if you have been admitted, but have not received an offer. Room offers will continue as students are admitted throughout the summer.
