Immediately call 911 or University of Alberta Protective Services at 780-492-5050 - For any emergency involving a UAlberta building facility (such as a flood or other risk to the property)

STUDENT & GUEST SERVICES DESK
During the academic year, the Student & Guest Services Desk (located in Lister across from the Marina) provides many services for residents, guests and staff.
Services offered
Please bring your ONEcard to access the following services:
- Store packages for residents to pick-up (grab your package slip from your mailbox)
- Keep track of lost/found items
- Book the David Tuckey gym and all student accessible conference rooms
- Lending out keys to the David Tuckey Gym (the gym requires two ONEcards)
- Borrowing trolleys/moving carts
- Add money to your ONEcard
Services NOT offered
- Making change
- Dealing with room and/or roommate concerns (please visit the Residence Services office OR see your RA for help)
- Troubleshooting your internet problems
- Accepting responsibility or sign for international packages
- Accessing charge amounts on your housing account
- Providing personal information about ANY student/guest
- Taking messages from parents
