As a student, you've chosen to make a big investment in your future by attending the U of A. Your investment in tomorrow deserves an outstanding experience today! Your voice and perspective can make that a reality for you and those who choose the university in years to come.

The U of A is engaging with students, faculty, staff and alumni to understand and improve the student experience. This approach is centered around co-creation and collaboration, resulting in a Student Experience Action Plan that will reflect the voices, needs and aspirations of our diverse communities.

We are inviting feedback from undergraduate and graduate students on a draft student experience commitment statement and principles as well as themes that emerged from engagement sessions with students between January-March 2023. We would also like to hear about the moments that matter during your university experience.

This voluntary survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete. The survey closes April 21, 2023.

What We Heard: January-February 2023

In January and February 2023, a number of engagement sessions took place with staff and students as part of the first phase of the Student Experience Action Plan. These included focus groups, drop-in engagement sessions across North Campus, Augustana and Campus Saint-Jean and journey mapping workshops. A “What We Heard” summary is posted on the project webpage.
