campusBRIDGE

campusBRIDGE provides a single location for employers to post jobs (permanent, summer, temporary), co-op, internship and practicum opportunities at no cost. 

Managed collaboratively, the Career Centre along with campus partners in the colleges of Social Sciences + Humanities, Natural + Applied Sciences and the College of Health Sciences work together to serve students and employers in a seamless manner.

Job Boards Available

Student & Alumni Job Board

Post permanent, temporary, summer or gig economy opportunities for current students and alumni in all faculties and programs.


All jobs posted to the campusBRIDGE Student & Alumni Job Board need to adhere to the following policies:

  • Positions posted can be for casual, permanent, part-time, or full-time work, as long as the compensation meets the minimum wage requirements of the region
  • Employers are responsible for uploading their own postings on the job board (unless previous arrangements have been made)
  • We do not post any opportunities that are 100% commission based
  • We do not post unpaid internships or volunteer opportunities
  • We do not post advertisements for career-related events. Employers are welcome to link information to their existing information sessions or events in their job posting
  • We require all recruitment agencies to post the name of the client directly on the job posting for the applicant's reference
  • Please note that we reserve the right to reject or deactivate posted opportunities deemed discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate for U of A students and alumni.
Arts Work Experience (AWE) Program

Post 4, 8, 12, or 16-month paid internships for current students in the Faculty of Arts Work Experience Program.

Engineering and Engineering Co-op

Post 4, 8 or 12 month paid work terms for current students in the Faculty of Engineering Co-op Program. Recruitment opens 4 months prior to a work term commencing (e.g., in early-September for January starts, early-January for May starts, early-May for September starts).

Kinesiology, Sport & Recreation (KSR) Practicum Placements

Post an opportunity for students in the Bachelor of Kinesiology (BKin), Bachelor of Arts in Recreation, Sport & Tourism (BARST) or Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (BScKIN) degree.

Undergraduate Research Initiative (URI)

The Undergraduate Research Initiative (URI) supports undergraduate students' engagement in research & creative activities at the University of Alberta. The URI opportunity board in campusBRIDGE provides a platform for researchers to post for credit and non-credit undergraduate research opportunities for students.

Post a job on campusBRIDGE

  1. Go to campusBRIDGE and select Employer & Partner
  2. Click on Register for an account or log in to your existing employer account
  3. Click on the Post a Job button near the top left-hand side of your dashboard
  4. At the Post a Job Pop-up Menu, choose the job board you want to use
  5. At the Job Postings Form, enter the information for your posting and click on Submit Posting for Approval 
  6. If you are new to campusBRIDGE, your account and posting will both be reviewed before approved. Our staff will follow up with you in 1-2 business days if needed. You will receive automated e-mail notices from campusBRIDGE once your posting has been approved.
