China-Canada Track II Dialogue
Last year marked the 45th anniversary of Canada-China diplomatic relations. 2016 has been a banner year in Canada-China relations, headlined by a visit by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and other senior visitors.
The China Institute at the University of Alberta (CIUA), in partnership with the Chinese People's Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA), will host a forum on Canada-China relations in Ottawa, October 12, 2016. The forum will be consistent with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's remarks regarding "an era of greater co-operation and mutual benefit for both Canada and China in the coming years."
