Senior Partner, Finance

Reporting to the Director of Partnership (Finance), the Senior Partner (Finance) delivers financial advice, guidance and solutions to Academic and Administrative leaders (i.e. College General Managers and Chiefs of Staff). Draws on a deep understanding of the University, its operations and its challenges to deliver appropriate financial solutions to an assigned area. The Senior Partner (Finance) actively engages with colleagues in the Processing Hub and Finance Centres of Expertise in order to deliver results focused financial solutions.

Senior Partner, HR

Drawing on your vast experience within multiple human resource functions and a deep understanding of the University and its academic and administrative operations, you will act as a strategic professional advisor to the college dean, college faculty general manager, dean and/or vice-president and other senior leaders within your portfolio. You will collaborate with your fellow senior partners, the centers of expertise (COEs) within HRHSE and the Shared Services Centre to foster collaborative relationships, leading and delivering on strategic initiatives while managing a large breadth of client services. You will drive forward-thinking change by modeling the essence of client-focused HR service and will coach HR service partners to do the same.
