What is Off-The-Cuff Cabaret?

Off-The-Cuff Cabaret is a student-led celebration of creativity, spotlighting both visual and performative arts. Whether you have an act you’ve polished to perfection or an idea you’re daring to debut, Off-The-Cuff is the place to make it happen.

We welcome artists of all ages, disciplines, and experience levels to showcase their talents in a welcoming, low-pressure environment. Whether it’s singing, poetry, movement pieces, comedy, eye-catching visual art, or even an onstage hot dog eating contest—no idea is too bold or quirky! With a five-minute time limit, the possibilities are endless. Previous performances have featured burlesque, live band sets, handstand contests, and more, while visual art is proudly displayed in the Off-The-Cuff gallery. If you can dream it, it deserves a spot on our stage.

2025-26 Theme: Cloud 9

Thank you for joining Cloud 9, a space where creativity floated, ideas wandered, and performances lived just above the ordinary. In our ninth year as a Cabaret, Cloud 9 felt like the natural place to land. It was about lifting off, creating freely, and letting ideas go where they wanted to go. We saw sky-high imagination, dreamy visuals, and work that pushed beyond the expected. Artists followed ideas wherever they drifted and shaped pieces in their own way, letting this Cabaret be a place where work could rise.
