What is a successful planner and how do you get there?

On Nov 2^nd, 2020, Nick Pryce, the Director of Planning for V3 Companies of Canada, spoke on

“What is a successful planner and how do you get there?”

Planning is a social science that covers a wide range of topics and interfaces with many disciplines, stakeholders and communities.  It looks to create a path to a future while finding solutions to challenges within a complex society. There is a wide range of areas that planners pursue and some key fundamentals to becoming a successful planner in a rapidly changing world.  This session will provide a glimpse into some fundamental elements of becoming a successful planner through the eyes of a professional planner who has worked across Canada and globally.
