The University of Alberta proudly celebrates  Dr. Jennifer Argo, Carthy Professor of Marketing, on receiving the 2026 Society for Consumer Psychology (SCP) Fellow Award - the organization’s highest honor.

Presented at the SCP Annual Conference in San Diego, the award recognizes Dr. Argo’s transformative research in consumer psychology and her longstanding leadership within the global consumer research community. Her influential work on social influence, identity, and consumer behavior continues to shape both academic scholarship and real-world marketing practice.
