Academic Advisement Report
The Academic Advisement Report (AAR) is a tool that will allow you to map your progress in your program by automatically mapping courses to the relevant program requirement. The report uses courses taken, courses transferred and courses in progress and applies them to the degree requirements. Changes in registration are instantly applied, giving students the ability to review how their changes fit into their program requirements. This tool helps students identify:
- what requirements have been met with courses successfully completed and/or with courses in progress;
- what requirements are still outstanding and require completion; and
- other important information that may require follow up.
New students have access to their report once the offer of admission is accepted, the academic terms are available for enrolment, students have completed their change of program in Bear Tracks (for UofA internal transfer students) and tuition deposit is paid (for new to the UofA students).
Please note: this report is only available to students in the Bachelor of Arts program in Native Studies. It will not work for any students in combined degrees at this time. If you are in a combined program and need an updated check sheet, please contact advisors at the Faculty of Native Studies by submitting a ticket in Freshservice, or by booking an appointment.
