Travel Awards

The PDFA is now accepting applications for our travel award to support conference travel occurring between September 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026.

Applications must be submitted by August 15, 2026 at 23:59 MDT.

Please note that the PDFA will disburse the funds after the conference. The award recipient will need to submit one of the two accepted forms of proof in order to receive the funds:

1. Conference registration/certificate of attendance AND one another supporting document (for in-person meetings, this can be an airline boarding pass/rental car receipt as a proof of travel). Only itemized receipts are accepted. 
2. An email from the awardee acknowledging conference attendance (supervisor should be copied on the email).
