HUB to be fully managed by Campus Services

On June 1, 2023, all decisions and most costs for HUB will be managed by Campus Services.
Below are the methods in which tenants and guests can submit any work requests or concerns regarding HUB.
- Residents will continue to submit a residence maintenance request
- Commercial tenants will continue to submit directly to Commercial Leasing.
- Guests will continue to submit to uab.ca/fixit
- Campus Services staff will continue to submit an AiM Customer Request
- Anyone else should now submit work requests to asiwc@ualberta.ca
