Eligibility

  • Satisfactory academic standing
  • Open to students in a master’s or doctoral program in the field of Public Health
  • Preference given to students registered in the Health Policy and Management program
  • Selection based on academic standing demonstrated leadership and community involvement
  • Financial need will be taken into consideration during the selection process
  • The recipient must not be receiving other scholarships and awards with a total value of 15,000 dollars or greater while holding this scholarship
  • Open to Canadian citizens
  • Open to permanent residents
  • Open to foreign nationals holding Canadian study permits
  • Open to applicants in course-based study programs
  • Open to applicants in thesis-based study programs
  • Open to applicants in doctoral programs
  • Open to applicants in masters programs
  • Open to full time registered students

By nomination only. Students should contact their department for details on their application process. Nominations are submitted to GPS by the Department (or Faculty). The Graduate Scholarship Committee makes the final decision.
