Eligibility

  • Registered full time or part time in a graduate program in the Department of Educational Psychology
  • Satisfactory academic standing
  • Educational Psychology
  • Preference given to doctoral students
  • Selection based on academic achievement and demonstrated commitment and involvement in the counseling and psychology profession
  • Financial need may be taken into consideration
  • Recipients must not hold another award or scholarship valued at 15000 or greater during the tenure of the award
  • Awarded to students who identify as female
  • Open to Canadian citizens
  • Open to permanent residents
  • Open to foreign nationals holding Canadian study permits
  • Open to applicants in thesis-based study programs
  • Open to applicants in doctoral programs
  • Open to applicants in masters programs


How to apply

By nomination only. Students should contact their department for details on the application process. Nominations are submitted to GPS by the Department (or Faculty). The Graduate Scholarship Committee makes the final decision.
