Western Grains Research Foundation Endowment Fund Graduate Scholarship
Eligibility
- Superior Academic Achievement
- Awarded for two years for a master's student (award is subject to review each year)
- Plant Sciences or Soil Science
- Awarded on the basis of superior academic achievement
- Nominees must hold an undergraduate degree, preferably from a Canadian University
- Scholarships will be awarded on the basis of a proven record of outstanding academic achievement in the most recent degree received
- Scholarships will be awarded on the basis of the proposed research plan during the graduate program in which the scholarship is to be received
- Open to Canadian citizens.
- Open to permanent residents.
- Open to foreign nationals holding Canadian study permits.
- Open to applicants in masters programs.
- Open to applicants in thesis-based study programs.
How to apply
By nomination only. Students should contact their department for details on their application process. Nominations are submitted to GPS by the Department (or Faculty). The Graduate Scholarship Committee makes the final decision.
