Applications for RSO review and approval must be submitted via the Researcher Home Page during RSO's core business hours.
RSO imposes an internal deadline of eight (8) business days prior to the sponsor deadline for high volume competitions (SSHRC Insight grant, NSERC Discovery grant, CIHR Project grant).
Final applications approved by RSO must be submitted in the sponsor's electronic submission system by the date and time listed in the tables below to allow sufficient time for RSO to forward your application to the sponsor.
**Note: Your faculty may have additional internal submission deadline requirements. Please contact your Research Partner for more info.

REGISTRATION PHASE: Institutional review and approval are NOT required during the registration phase.

The Nominated Principal Applicant must remain unchanged between registration and application. Other participants can be added, removed, or change roles between registration and application. A Common CV is not required for registration.
For Partnered/Integrated Knowledge Translation (iKT) Projects, you must identify at least one Principal Applicant who is a knowledge user as a participant if your project includes a "partner and knowledge user" or "a knowledge user only".
