The Strategic Portfolio Initiatives (SPI) unit works across the university to develop and execute strategies and initiatives that will advance the university's reputation, build productive relationships and help accrue essential public resources at one of Canada’s top five research-intensive universities.

Government and Community Relations

The Office of Government and Community Relations (GCR) develops and implements strategies to engage critical stakeholders in the three orders of government and in the community to advance reputation, foster and maintain relationships and secure resources in support of institutional goals.
