- Single bedroom unit: $8040.00/ 8-month contract
How to Apply
To apply, complete all of the following three steps: First Peoples' House Residence Application, Residence Services Online Application, and Book a Housing Interview.
- Complete the online First Peoples' House Residence Application.
- Complete the Residence Services online application and pay the $25 non-refundable application fee*. Both houses are located in East Campus Village.
- Please email First Peoples' House at fph@ualberta.ca and confirm that both applications have been completed and the application fee has been paid. Once confirmed, the Engagement Coordinator will follow up with you to book a housing interview.
*If you do not have a credit card for Residence Services online application, you must still complete the online application. Once it asks you for a credit card number, just stop the online application and contact Residence Services to arrange payment at 780-492-3345.
For all First Peoples' House Residences housing options, a $500 Residence Deposit is required to reserve your space and will be applied to your first month's rent or any outstanding balance on your residence account. Rent includes everything EXCEPT internet, cable, phone, and food.
