Listening to Support Students in Distress: Front Line Staff Training

Front line workers can often be the first point of contact for students in distress. To better support and navigate students to appropriate campus and community resources, the Community Social Work Team in partnership with Counselling and Clinical Services have developed a practical 60-minute workshop to address basic listening, supporting, and referring skills and strategies for staff members who work directly with students.

All training sessions are on North Campus unless otherwise specified. The online registration link will be made available on the corresponding date listed.
