Participants will share experiences and strategies for overcoming obstacles, building resilience, and turning challenges into growth opportunities. Featuring Faculty of Arts Dean Robert Wood and Vice-Dean Marie-Eve Morin, panelists will discuss how to "fail forward" and thrive amidst the ups and downs of academic life.
