Please join Parkland Institute on November 15-17 for our 28th Annual Fall Conference, “The Road Ahead: Strategies for Building a Better Future.” Featured speakers include John Vaillant, Shalene Jobin, Nora Loreto, Andy Longhurst, Debbie Owusu-Akyeeah, and Ginetta Salvalaggio.

The conference will cover topics like wildfires in a climate-changed world, the future of Canada’s social safety net, and the rise of anti-science narratives. New this year are hands-on workshops on organizing, storytelling, and conflict resolution.

The event will be held in person at the University of Alberta and via livestream.
