Get introduced to the practice of mindful drawing—a simple yet powerful tool for self-care. In this session, you'll learn how to use drawing as a way to calm your mind and navigate stressful moments with greater ease.
Facilitated by U of A alumna Stephanie Medford, this workshop introduces you to mindful drawing, a skill you can take with you and utilize to care for yourself during stressful times.
Light refreshments included. Registration limit: 20 people.
