ALES Mini-Internship Program
Overview
The ALES Mini-Internship Program (AMIP) allows undergraduate students the opportunity to participate in a multi-day internship program with host organizations in the field of agriculture, life and environmental sciences. The AMIP occurs twice a year during the Fall and Winter reading weeks. Students are matched with an industry specific organization for a visit and volunteer work.

Eligibility Requirements
There are currently no academic requirements for the AMIP.
Recognition + Compensation
- Mini-internships are unpaid experiences.
- Students receive a certificate of attendance which can be added to their resume/cv.
Duration, Format + Location
- The ALES Mini-Internship experiences occur exclusively over the Fall (November) and Winter (February) reading weeks and are multi-day opportunities.
- Locations will vary depending on the opportunity.
