Program Overview
Founded in 1904, The University of Leeds is one of the UK's leading universities and has a long history of welcoming students from around the globe. Leeds Summer Research Programme (LSRP) provides high-achieving international undergraduate students with a research-intensive summer experience at the University of Leeds. The programme combines supervised, hands-on research projects with vibrant social and cultural programming. Students will work closely with Leeds academics on defined research projects, contributing to research activity while gaining critical skills and insight into postgraduate study.
Projects
Projects will be published when applications open in December and will likely be offered across all five faculties:
- Arts, Humanities and Cultures
- Engineering and Physical Sciences
- Environment and Social Sciences
- Health and Life Sciences
- Leeds University Business School

In your letter of intent, please indicate which of the projects you are interested in and address the letter to the supervisor of the project.
Fees + Costs
- Education Abroad Nomination Fee: $250
- Leeds Programme Fee: £2,325

Students are encouraged to apply for funding even if they do not have a confirmed internship to avoid missing important deadlines.
