Provides a non-exhaustive list of examples of interim measures and links to supports and resources for those under allegation of an SGBV policy violation.
Modifications Guidance + Support
The Sexual and Gender-Based Violence Policy and the Discrimination and Harassment Policy provide modifications for those whose participation in their University activities has been impacted by an experience of interpersonal harm.
Options Navigation Network (ONN) Expectations + Training
The Options Navigation Network is a group of University units that has enhanced training and functions related to any form of interpersonal harm, including assisting disclosers in understanding and navigating the options available to them
Options, Resources + Services for those who have been Subjected to SGBV
Lists specific options for survivors, categorized by the type of support sought, including personal support, safety, modifications, making a complaint, or seeking institutional accountability.
Reasonable Accommodations: Bona Fide Requirements and Undue Hardship
Individuals who experience barriers in their employment, service access, tenancy and other protected areas that arise from a protected ground(s) are entitled to reasonable, but not unlimited, Accommodations.
