Organizational changes impacting Enrolment Systems and Service Innovation

Effective June 1, ESSI staff will be integrated into one of two areas: project managers and business analysts. Senior service designers will move to the Office of Strategic Transformation and Delivery (OSTAD) and report into Chris Brunelle, AVP and chief transformation officer. Enrolment system and planning managers and functional analysts will move to the RO and report to Courtney Rippin Kaufman, director of the Student Service Centre, while continuing to support the Students and Enrolment portfolio and student services throughout the organization.

This structure reflects the evolution of our institution and supports current priorities by strengthening alignment across our work. Roles, portfolios and core responsibilities will remain the same, with changes limited to organizational alignment and reporting structures.
