- The Computational Psychiatry Research Group (CpRG) uses computational methods to improve diagnosis of psychiatric disorders and help clinicians make better decisions for patients struggling with mental health or addiction. Learn more about the researchers in the CpRG and their work.
- The Bebensee Schizophrenia Research Unit (BSRU) uses imaging, neurochemical, and genetic tools to learn more about the risk factors and optimal therapies for schizophrenia. Learn more about the Bebensee Schizophrenia Research Unit.
Many of our researchers are members of the Neuroscience and Mental Health Institute at the University of Alberta and contributors to national and international research consortia including the Canadian Depression Research and Innovation Network and the Prairie Node of the Canadian Research Initiative in Substance Misuse.
